Dr. Toni Helm
- Alumnus/Alumna: High-Tc-Superconductivity: Superconductivity and Correlated Electron Systems
Toni Helm was member of the Gross groups as a Master and Ph.D. Student between 2008 and 2013.
Master Thesis: Transport Measurements in 214 High Temperature Superconductors (2009)
Ph.D. Thesis: High Magnetic Field Properties of Electron-doped Cuprate Superconductors (2013)
In his Ph.D. thesis, Toni Helm was studying the physics, in particular the transport properties, of high temperature superconductors.
He left WMI in Oktober 2013 to join the Material Science Division of Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory as a postdoctoral researcher. In 2015, he came back to Germany and continued his scientific career at the Max Planck Institute for Chemical Physics of Solids and the Dresden High Magnetic Field Laboratory (HLD) at the Helmholtz Zentrum Dresden Rossendorf (HZDR) in Dresden.
